Whats new ? I know Thornbury Dave is flat out working on his new steed, Jim is starting a new engine build. Myself i have purchased one of those advance/retard ignition units to play with along with a Baroni pulse carb/ two stage reed block, the housing is under construction.

New stainless 13 ltr tank fitted.
o/h of forks, new progressive springs, rubbers link bushes etc, shockers.
New speedo
New brake pads in front and shoes on the rear, brakes were bad especially 2 up in IOW, turned out hub seal had gone, only lasted 9 months if that.
Dont know if anything else yet

Paul I had same problem with my SX disc brake. The seal runs on the boss of the fixed hub which is alluminium. This boss wears quickly and the seals no longer seal. I had the inner hub boss turned down and a steel ring pressed on. The boss does not wear and creates a good seal. Our friends at Bowden did this for me

well having put the new tank in etc tried to start, took about 10 kicks. Decided to check head / barrel joint , no gasket. some oil traces aroud top of engine. At least it gave me the chance to check out the barrell etc. Didnt appear to be any leakage on joint, some oil traces were probably from the exhaust manifold joint waiting for new bits now.................................................
